Thats very impressive. On 8.6psi (what the 2bar map sensor read) I was putting down 323/202 in marhc with a 70mm headerback with Invidia V3. Now I have a 70mm test pipe with stock exhaust putting down 319/191. However, my gauge reads 10psi at redline with my 12# 3.2inch pulley.

I dont think a smaller pulley is really the answer, I know ill see better gains with a better flowing exhaust, buts its just not in the cards right now. Im on a super tight budget with trying to buy a house within the next year.
what kinda dyno did u make 319whp on 8.6psi? and what was that at the map sensor and the 10psi is on the gauge? is that a normal mechanical boost gauge?

for reference, i made 350 on 8psi on a dynojet. do you have stand alone? i think more boost and new tune would be beneficial too you.

What are you running now? Sounds like big plans. I currently pull on base c6's and dead heat with with my friends GTR on hyway pulls. I'm making 10psi approx 370whp

quick question, are u at sea level?

listen, i love more boost, so whats what i would do. oh wait, i am doing that. custom pullies come in about 3 weeks running about 9-10psi now, going to about 12psi

just dew it!

as for data logging, connect with aem software, select the tuning button, its the one that shows u lots of good sensors, plus fuel and timing tables to the left and right of the info.

once on that screen, push F6. u will see a red flashing box down low that says logging. drive around run thru the gears a bit, then when your done, push F6 again. box will pop up asking what to call the file and if you want to put notes. then aem log will open automatically and start asking how you want to display the data.

have fun wosrt case send me the log and i will look

wikipedia tells me my elevation is between 700 and 1000 feet. Thats in Milwaukee and Waukesha county in Wisconsin. I drive in these counties 95% of the time.

Ill go out in a bit and data log. Thanks for the help

ok, so Im back from datalogging. Its actually really simple to do I was suprised. Ok so apparently my MAP sensor reads only 7.8psi at 9089RPM.

I looked at my boost gauge and it appears to reach max boost a 9K with around 9 or 10psi.

Again I have a 12# 3.2inch pulley from SOS on my car.

I called SOS just now, and my AEM says I have that psi, but they said to really pay more attention to my boost gauge. I think my calibrations are off on my gm 2-bar.

I had that issue too.

At the time when I bought my SoS 3 bar, SoS has not release any setting calibration info yet, so my tuner just used the Motec 3 bar settings, but then tuned my car based on the boost gauge.

Based on my gauge, my SoS 3.4" 11psi pulley was spot on. I made exactly 11 psi at 9020rpm. Great pulleys. I just wish they would have provided the MAP senor settings sooner.
