Hmm this is my exact goal, a 10 sec street car on 93oct. I will be on a pfab ELTM and precision 6262 though. The S2000 ignition has many mixed opinions on the subject. Some make power without problems and others can not. I am on kpro so my choices are limited to RSX coils. I thought I read some where that AP2 coils are the same as the RSX coils though. If that is the case I would not expect you to have any problems as Inline has gone 700+hp on RSX coils. I am going to be really disappointed if I run into an ignition problem on RSX coils.

Demands on ignition vary. If you run pump gas, then inject water and methanol into the motor, that is obviously going to be more demanding on an ignition system that straight race fuel. My opinion is that the water portion of the water/meth mixture is what is causing the extra demand for a really high output ignition system. There is over 250cc of water being injected into the engine as part of the injection mixture.

At 139mph you could probably run 9's if you ran slicks. I can guarantee you could knock off 3/10's from the 60'. I took a high 12's car 1.68 sec with 26 x 10.5 MT.

What power levels did you start seeing a problem. I just want to crack 600whp. Are you still on the stock internals?

sick build. That actually looks like geists old car with a different turbo setup and whatnot. awesome trap speed and great #'s for low boost. 25psi is low boost on a turbo like that as far as im concerned. I bet you are almost maxxing that compressor out though. Think its got more left with some extra boost?

Good eye.

Not close to maxing out that turbo, not for another 50whp anyway.
