Default 2005 science of speed stage 1 rich AFR

Hello I've been having issues getting my AFRs to read above 10 while wot. I've adjusted the FVM so much to try to lean it out but doesn't make sense to me why I'd have to take pressure away with my Skunk2 headers, test pipe and Tanabe Medalion exhaust. At idle I'm at 14.6 and at 90% throttle I'm getting 12 to 12.5. Is my FVM bad? Or do I keep backing the screw out even more? Or am I missing something?

Full mods:
Sos stage 1 kit for 2005
AEM afr and boost gauge
Skunk2 headers, test pipe, Tanabe Medallion Exhaust.
Misimoto Radiator
Catch can vent to atmosphere.
Turbo smart dual port bov. (Full vent to atmosphere)

Start over.

Reset your ECU so your Long Term and Short Term Fuel Trims are back to ZERO.

Then go for a ride and go WOT at 3K RPM.... if it gets leaner than 12.2 AFR instantly back-off.

It could be your fuel trims but you need to find out.

My recommendation aside.... your motor is too expensive to mess around with and if you are not sure what you are doing go find a tuner asap with a dyno.

Make sure the coil packs are good too. If one is failing it will go super rich on boost.
plugs too. Gap them to .018 max.
