Default 3.2" Comptech Supercharged S2000 (Dyno)

Alright guys. To start off, I have a 2002 Honda S2000 with about 63,000 miles on it only. It's been Supercharged since 20,000 miles and put out only 293whp with a 3.9" pulley (8 psi). Just yesterday, I took it to the shop with a 3.2" Pulley, and was expecting somewhere around the 350whp mark. Well, I came up short. By a lot!!! I don't know if my S2000 just has a weak motor, or if theres something wrong. We did run into some issues with the stock map sensor only reading up to 10psi. And i think the fuel pump was running low on voltage as the RPM's went up AND not supplying enough fuel past 7k. They ordered a omni 2.5 bar map sensor, and i am having my fuel pump rewired. Hopefully those were the only issues that was holding back my power. Getting it re dyno with everything fixed tomorrow. Crossing my fingers i'll at least be in the 340whp area. This is all done on 91 oct pump gas.

Belt slip.

once you fix that issue you should easily hit 330-350 at redline.

Yeah. It was slipping. But we've tighten it 3 -4 times. It was showing a little over 12psi of boost.

Im running a 3" pulley at 14-15psi putting down 405whp. So yeah my guess would be around 350whp when u get your issues fixed and a good tune! Good luck oh im also on 93 pump.

I hope I get 350whp. I'm going to be so sad if I don't break 340whp.

WIth a pulley that small its an issue. The less surface area on pulley(the smaller the pulley), more chance of slip. I'd go to a gatorback belt to help eliminate slip. Power should continue to rise all the way to redline. The higher the rpm, the more boost.

Post up the afr graph. Did they not know if you were running lean? I'm sure they did. Looks like belt slip there.
You're still on stock map sensor and running 12 lbs? I know it has issues over 10 psi so definitely replace that and retune.

Yeah, they said I was running lean up top, and that I need a new map sensor. I'm getting those issues fix tomorrow and hopping back on the dyno. And yeah, I always thought it would make more power the higher the revs go. Wish me luck guys. Chasing 350whp.
