Yep. I'm seeing a little over 12psi right now. I can't wait to finally have my car finish. Tired of spending money and time to get everything sorted out. I just wsnt to drive!

Looks solid man, happy you got your tune straightened out. What do you guys think about running a 3" pulley on a 2.2l?! I have a 3.6" pulley was gonna set my system up in power. And with this being motor #2 I'm worried about adding too my h boost an POP. With the 3" will I see 12 or 15lbs of boost. I called SOS and they told me the 3" pulley on the Novi1K on a 2.2l can be anywhere from 12psi to 15. I would be ok with 12lbs, but I think 15lbs would be too much without a head gasket. ?

Dude some reading about aftermarket headgaskets. They're not needed!

OP how much boost are you making at 330whp?

Something's certainly wrong. Hopefully the tuner can figure it out.

With stock 2.2 rev limit I averaged 14psi. Fine for the stock motor. Personally I would raise the rev limit to 8500 and tap out the blower speed and efficiency range of the motor. That added rpm will net you about 15psi. With a proper tune, you can reliably run on that for many many miles. Should get you at or just over 400whp/260trq dynojet.

The 330whp plot you posted looks like your only hitting ~10psi. Also I think the timing needs to be adjusted for your lower vtec. I think thats why that dip is there, when vtec engages the timing needs to be advanced a good bit more than on the lower cam profile.

Sorry bud but with what everyone just said this I think is the root of your problem. Putting my smaller pulley on this Wednesday hope to be tune by mase Saturday. If I make the same or more power on 9lbs then you know the issue with yours. I will have stock exhaust as well. For the amout of boost that you made 330whp still isn't close to what it should be. As mod posted his numbers with same boost but 100whp more.

350whp is the average for 10psi on the comptech kit.
