I made 375whp at 11psi with comptech on the factory header with stock 60mm size Tanabe cat back and a TP. One of our local Vortech SC guys made 430whp on the same dynojet at 13psi with the entire factory exhaust system minus the cat.

I will clarify that I made 317whp today after they put the 2.5 bar map sensor on and rewired my stock fuel pump. This was before I knew I still had a stock pump. I always thought I had a walbro 255 in there. But I brought my extra one just incase. The tunner didn't change anything except switch the stock fuel pump to the walbro 255 pump and disconnected the exhaust system by the test pipe. And it made 352whp. There's still a dip at vtec, and it isn't the smoothest, but he decided not to tune more since I said I will have them install my 3" header back and then fine tune it for the last time. I will post a dyno sheet of the 352whp and the 330whp tomorrow. I'm a little confuse myself. ????
Well I recomend you to go to another dyno facility with a good wideband or connect another to compare A/F ratios as I think the one you are using might be faulty. If you say you took out the exhaust and gained a bunch of power that might be that the A/F leaned out to what the car liked and thats the result. Maybe you are running too rich and the wideband is saying otherwise. Double check that bc's it has happened to me.

Tail sniffers at the dyno are notorious for being inconsistent. I always go off my own wideband. When the tail sniffer is working 100%, it shows .5afr leaner then actual due to where its picking up the emissions so keep that in mind. For example, if the sniffer is working 100% and showing 13afr, you are actually 12.5afr.

That makes sense too. Hmmm...so many variables.

Stock Cat Backs are really not that restrictive. The cat can become yes. I think you should bring your car elsewhere for tuning.
I made 360whp with cat/stock exhaust with 10lbs on my 04. Tuned by Jeff Evans. Test Pipe/Retune would get me closer to 400.

I think it's weird that you only made 8psi with a 3.9" pulley and a 9k redline.

I hit 8psi or so with a 4" pulley at 8300 redline.

And I hit 8psi with a 4.2"

I live in central wisconsin, if that affects anything. I know superchargers run on a pulley, but I'm sure elevation still affects boost a little. And according to sos pulley size chart, 3.9" should be around 8psi.

These are the pressures I experienced at 9k rpm sea level with the Novi 1000.

stock 4.4" - 5.5psi

4" - 8psi

3.6" - 10psi

3.4" - 11psi

3.2" - 13psi

3" - 15.5psi

Custom 2.7" - 19.5psi

Elevation does make a difference. You will also notice the incremental psi ratio to pulley size begins to ramp up as the smaller pulley sizes are used. For most of the spread under 3.2" pulley, 1psi drop per 1000rpm less.

Altitude affects air density, which may change boost by just a small amount, Humid days will also do this. I was running a 4.2 pulley on mine and at 6800' elevation in Colorado. It was still seeing 7psi when I got tuned. Boost readings from the MAP sensor is a different story though, since they are calibrated to sea level, my MAP sensor readings through AEM only show about 4.5PSI at 5000'. When I was at 10000' at 9K rpm it was only showing 1psi. lol
