All my buddy's with srt 4's run 3inch downpipes with a cut out with the stock catback. It makes a HUGE difference. I only have a 2.5inch down pipe right now on my set-up and awhile ago i ran open dp. I went out for a quick run on 10 psi when i ran open dp i lost 1 psi and it was only boosting 9 psi when i got it it "felt" slower maybe because of the lack of back pressure, but my wheels spun way more even with 1 psi less boost it it felt like i lost torque. I just want to know peoples opinions on running a cut out because im seriously thinking about doing this because in Northern va they are strict on loud/flashy exhaust systems. If anyone has any dyno numbers comparing a single full 3inch compared to a cut out.

 

Cant be that much different on an srt4, no mufflers and a high flow cat from the factory
