Default What to get for 300whp?

I have been searching dynos alot lately. It seems that there is no steady dyno for any car. Some people run low boost with high whp, the others run high boost with low whp. I am in the field to purchase a CTSC here soon. I was going to run

CTSC Non A/C but with FMIC
10lb pulley
Aemems
Upgraded injectors (not sure which ones)
Dyno Tuned

What else would I need for the 300whp mark? I dont really want much more then that because I have 4.77s

Personally, I wouldn't do it. Supposedly, you do get consistantly cooler air with less heat soak, but I am no expert. I do know that you get more pressure drop with a FMIC over an A/C, which is a bad thing. That basically means you lose more boost with a FMIC, about 1-2 psi more drop than a A/C.

Some people say that the cooler air from the FMIC makes up for the pressure drop, so it is personal preference for a lot of people.

If you plan on tracking the car, than the FMIC would be better because you won't get near the heat soak.

Hoped I helped some.

thanks man, I will just go with the AC then because I dont track it, just a daily with some spirited driving. Anything else I need to look into. Injectors and Fuel pump I know, but I heard it has to have some sort of vaccum thing? I cant remember the name.

You should look into a little head work. It will give you gains above and beyond everything else.

^ you could get some gains from head work, but with your power goals it is definately not necessary. I'm not sure what the "vaccum thing" is, but just get a Walbro 255 fuel pump 550 injectors and that should be all you need for your fuel system. Fuel pump is a direct replacment, but use the OEM filter on the pump, because the Walbro filter will interfere with the fuel level float throwing off your fuel guage (your gauge will show more fuel than is actuall in the tank, a lot of people just run out of gas and think they have bigger problems. Being yours is a an '01 I would buy a new fuel filter. You can use the Greddy turbo instructions on how to install your fuel pump and fuel injectors, they are great step by step instructions and are on the Greddy web site.

I can't help you out with the EMS because I am running a emanage ultimate, but your tuner can help you with that.

Let me know what other questions you may have.

if all you really want is a little over 300whp then go with the stage one tuning supercharger kit. about the same peak power at the same psi but a lot more power down low and a sick nasty sound

but power is addictive and you'll get used to 300whp very quickly I personally would go with a nice turbo kit that you can up the boost on down the road at the very least with turbo you have the option of more boost, any of the belt driven kits and you're a lot more limited when it comes to your options.
