Default 3mm head gasket to stock

For those of you that ran a 3mm head gasket and swapped it for a stock one how much power did you pick up at the same boost levels? I originally put a 3mm head gasket on my car over a year ago (before stock compression was totally proven) with the intentions of running pump gas most of the time and the occasional c16. I now have the car tuned on e85 and that is all the car ever runs on. Please don't tell me that my 3mm gasket is going to blow, I know it will haha. Just wondering how much power I'm really losing and when it does blow whether it's worth putting another 3mm gasket in it for safety or put the stock gasket in it for the extra power potential.
