What was the solution?

His boost cut is setup, and he lost the top port on the gate.. which made the gate not see the EBC source... so it shut.... more boost.

 

Well the port plug somehow kept loosening and falling out. So I figured that had to be the problem. Got a new one and installed it, problem still persists. Going to run some data logs tonight and see whats going on. Thinking boost cut.

 

This problem was resolved. My EBC is super sensitive so it would up the boost a lot with small duty cycle changes. Which in turn, created my overboosting and boost cut.
