If your car sounds like a wrx at idle, but runs on all 4 under acceleration then i doubt the coil is bad. The coil should have an even harder time firing the plug once cylinder mixture density increases under load.

It doesn't completely smooth out when I accelerate. I found another post with someone that is having the exact same problem, just no solution.

I am no pro or have much experience with Superchargers besides my own but to me it sounds like injectors having issues with scaling.

For example My warm starts fine, my cold starts fine. My Semi-Warm starts will occasional miss fire on Cyl 1,2,4 and popping noise is heard from the exhaust almost as if its a boxer engine as you mention.

So popping exhaust, slightly rough idle + misfires but a few minutes later under accel its fine? I would totally guess soso Injectors. If they are great injectors then get a retune, its tough to get those larger injectors to idle right I hear.

Issue has been fixed!!! Ecu pin out was incorrect to the AEM EMS. It works awesome now. I will eventually get it retuned when I get a new exhaust and larger heat exchanger. As of now, it is at 320hp @ 10 psi.

Yeah, the #4 coil was getting crazy hot. I'm just enjoying the boost now. Still a little misfiring but only during decel. Now I just have to figure out how to get the AEM serial gauge to read boost in psi.

If u have a wide band hooked up what is ur afr during decel? It should be full lean. If not there is a setting to cut fuel on decel until set parameters are met. That would be my guess.
