What size pulley do you guys recommend to reach 400whp?????
but to answer your question, the smallest pulley + bunch of other mods to get it.

So many things go into it....like they all said.
I'm going to bump up to a 1220 SL...if I ever save my money and get there.
I was at 360 whp at 10 psi....hoped to see 15 psi to crack 400, didn't achieve it...

i tried hitting it on my comptech s/c. the most i made was 380whp on dyno dynamics.
i had methanol injection
70mm exhaust,
70mm test pipe,
ricks headers.
650cc RC injectors.
Aem Ems
and 15lbs of boost on my comptech.
The motor at the time had
Toda Cam Gears
9:1 Compression ratio
springs and retainers and pretty much the rest of the block was stock
LOL i tried man but it cannot be achieved and the only person i know who made it was sideways. Sure i could have achieved it on dynopack but i had my goal set to hit 400 on dynamics. I couldn't get it so i went turbo lol

JohnZ, Sideways, and a number of other guys are making over 400whp supercharged.

Not to get into a big debate here but I'll call it how I see it.
I hate to say but you seem to have been losing performance with your cam, & exhaust modifications and lower comp. I'm confident that with a proper tune, if you would have given stock specs a chance before "upgrading," sticking with the stock motor and exhaust you would have cleared 400whp. Hell you lost 20-30whp with an unnecessary compression drop alone. I mean why bother with meth if your tuner didn't bother to utilize its benefits?
From what I have read Sideways hit 509whp on Churches dyno, so about 470whp dynojet with some head porting.
I dont have a current dyno of my f22, but just for the sake of comparison I made 350whp with an f20/FIC @ 10psi and stock everything except for a flywheel and tp on a dynojet, which is the median rated roller dyno, just above the Mustang dyno, comparable to car manufacture specs which we all look at. Dynojet is the standard and what I pay attention to. 5 more psi & I would have smacked 400whp no prob without any other modifications.
You either lost power potential with your modifications, had far to safe of a tune or a combination of the both. My point is your the exception not the rule.

Well, one reason you may not have gotten there was because of the meth injection. Meth injection does not add HP...it reduces HP. What it allows you to do is ward off detonation and run much more boost than you would otherwise be able to run. Since you could have run 15psi of supercharger without meth injection, you likely hurt your peak HP numbers a bit.

Back then 2+ years ago... everyone was still in the debate that lowering the stock compression ratio was required past 10lbs of boost
i would have left it stock if i didn't feel the need for the extra safety. But i'm glad this post is picking up for the supercharged s2000's out their
