Wasn't trying hard, but got lots of wheel spin.

I love my car, so no dragging.

Whether you are right or wrong, Jakub, you seem to attract controversy. Perhaps everyone could approach posting from the standpoint that each is in the other's living room. Just a thought.

We tried 3 times on the street with Gtech and 3 times on the strip leaving the PS2s on to spin the wheels and safe the tranny&diff, not to have a great ET or trap speed.

That's it for me,my car and drag racing.

Trying hard would be on slicks, trying hard would be 30 not 3 runs and trying hard would be dumping the clutch not sliping it & the tires.

He asked for trap speed with 8psi, so if you have some experience with it, share with him&us.

I did.

That's not very logical thinking. That's about the same as saying I don't care if my motor blows, as long as it makes good power until then.
i made that statement to cleary point out that i'm not trying to have record setting numbers. My car is on a safe street tune i'm not scared of it blowing

Jakub,

I got the same numbers. 109.6 MPH trap. That is at 5,000 feet elivation and 9 psi.

Car should trap around 113-116 I figure at sea-level.

To sum this thread up:

1. Now that the info is out people seem to be ok and understand your numbers
2. It is possible on a "make costumer happy" dyno......now one of you, can't remember who, said" a dyno is a dyno"
OH MY FRIEND. Small leason. Dynopak, Dynojet, MustangDyno

All 3 are dyno's. But a Dynopak will give you lets say 220hp and the Mustang Dyno could give you 200. Its just how it is. You wanna see better number, go use a Dynopak. They are "make the costumer happy" kinda dyno's. And it gets more extreme as you go up. Buddy in a Supercharged viper did 583 hp on a mustang dyno. Then about a week later with no changes did 637hp on a Dynopak........he only did it so he would have some numbers to brag about, but its a good real life example for you.

BUT ITS ALL GOOD. Each helps you tune the car and get a feel for what you have to work with. But for your confusion that is what Jakub ment when he said that comment.

All and All.......NICE SET-UP.....>GREAT NUMBERS!!!

I'm not trying to be a dick, but how can you even say that? You don't even know how much boost you are running. Are you spiking, creeping...there's more to a good tune than low AF ratios. I would hate to see you lose a motor here, and from the numbers posted, it makes me nervous...and it's not even my car

his car is spiking at 12psi on the 10psi spring...I know there is more to a tune than AF ratio...but thank you for your input.

at this point you are getting obnoxious, you dont even have a clue if I even go to the gym but at any rate last time I checked as well, this was forced induction forum , not the obnoxious forum.

Congrats!
