ive hit 525whp @ 19psi on the same kit with a larger turbo (6165) I was also on 93 octane. Do what your tuner beleives is safe. I didnt go to my tuner and said i want 525whp. Jeff Evans tunes it and he tuned the car to what it was safe at. If its 480 or 530 who cares as long as its safe and reliable.

500whp is definitely possible. It just comes down to how much boost (overall compression) your tuner is willing to push through the motor on pump gas to attain it.

I just feel 500whp on pump gas is moving out on thin ice. Especially when talking log manifold. It is doable for sure, but why?

Same here even tuning my car, he said he would tune it to make as much power as he could safely, he hit 535 hp at 17 psi, full race kit 30r

Damn! Is that on 93 pump gas? Thats a lot of torque ur making there

I'm thinking if I should install the ILP 3mm hg just so I can get that extra 100whp to attain over 500whp... (currently running stock cr with pump)... decisions decisions..
