I'm calling the tunner tonight, thats what i tough, i think my setup is enough to be over 500whp+

dont think your asking to much from your setup.
But your tuner will know your car better than anyone here.

Well i spoke to my tunner, and he told me he stop at 18 psi due to fuel ( 93 oct )

add a catch can and turn the boost up 1 psi... safe 500whp...

did you upgrade the wiring to the walbro pump? 10 gauge wire will help for sure...

A catch can makes it safer to run more boost on a specific fuel?

I would check over the car. I can tell you for sure your tuner isn't the problem. He is one of the best in FL.
