558whp 352wtq on a dynojet and its SUPERCHARGED!
Scott took the initiative to get Mase in town to tune our cars, and all I can say is WOW. Mase is a great guy and is fun to hang with. We had dinner one night and I heard some cool stories. He has been able to experience some cool places and even cooler cars. He is a leader in our community and I highly recommend him as a tuner, and his shop services as well.
We tuned on Friday 2/26/10 at MC racing in Kansas. The shop was pretty nice, and the guys were cool. I started the day with my 91oct tune. This tune I used a 3.6in pulley on the Paxton 1200 impeller netting around 13.5psi at 8k rpm. I will add dyno graphs as I get them. The 91 tune came out to 405hp. Car ran extremely well. I plan on using this tune if I ever go out of town in the car. The fuel mileage is better and I wouldnt have to plan my trip around gas stations.
Around 1030 or 11 we started in on the e85 tune. Living in the midwest, between cornfields, lol, We have pretty good access to e85. I live 2 miles from a station so it isnt far at all.
Many of the turbo cars and supercharged high boost guys are switching to e85 out here. The shop I had my car tuned at last summer, House of Boost, works with ethanol quite a bit. Needless to say they talked me into in. I had to add a return fuel kit from Inline (walbro 255, fuel lab regulator and rail) , ID 2000 injectors (54% duty cycle), and ran a Boost a pump for safe measures. Fuel pressure was set to 50psi, and the boost a pump kicks 16.5v at 2psi and up.
The e85 run netted much more than Mase expected. I ended up running the 3.0in pulley on my new 1200 Paxton impeller. The charger is good for 53000rpm, which I found is maxed out right around 8k on my car, through Paxtons equation.
The fuel mileage has dropped significantly if anyone cares, I dont. Its just something to adjust to. At $2.42 a gallon, its do-able.
Thanks again to Mase and Scott. You guys made this possible. Also Jeff, Chris and Bryan @ SOS for helping with parts and knowledge. Tony a@ T1 has been an asset with all his knowledge on e85 and his injectors are awesome. Ya and Tom at Inline and the return kit are great! I am pretty sure that I may be the highest hp centrifugal blown S2K, as camuman (sp.?) informed me of.
500+ in this car is purely SCARY. The car has no traction in less then fourth. Even rolling into the throttle is big fun. This amount of power will keep me off redline and a little more civilized when I drive, lol. Reason behind the small pulley was trying to get as much midrange as possible, where I drive, while netting some crazy numbers. I would do it all exactly the same again! All in a somewhat stock looking car, gotta keep it on the DL ya know?
Me and Mase, Im on the left
NOW the proof video! Done on a dynajet I dont know how to embed, sorry.

Nice job! How do the 2000 injectors run and idle on 91 octane? I would be happy with 450whp on e85 with 1000 id injectors and 1 walbro. Not sure what fuel pressure I would need for that. I may upgrade later to dual walbros just to be on the safe side. Running e85 must also keep your IAT down I'll bet.
Will be getting Mase turbo kit here shortly.

props dude. like i said, your the first guy i have ever seen take a centrifugal blown s2k over 500 on a dynojet. VERY IMPRESSIVE!
car is rippin and +one million for mase being a great tuner. guy knows his shit!

Here is a better graph
BTW, you need to get SOS to help you out here, you have just laid the ground work for a bolt on 500HP supercharger kit. You should get some kind of swag for giving up your secrects.

The e85 keeps things cooled down a lot. The ID 2000s idle pretty well, but are difficult to control at low throttle conditions lik that of idle. I would say 450 with ID1000s should be possible, might think of a boost a pump, but may not be neccessary.
Tuned on KPro
Thank you Scott fo the dyno sheet. Nice to see it and adds proof to my pudding.
Mase didnt complain much since Florida has been cold as well. I think their low was the same as our high on Saturday. I am so ready for spring to be here.
