Unless the 1220 plate is different to the 1200 plate?
The comptech, now ct engineering 1200 kits use a different gear case than the sos 1200s. I know for a fact the 1500 bolts up, no mods done at all. Even the 2000 will bolt up, problem is the diameter of the volute would keep it from fitting under the hood without extensive modifications
