Im in Northern Va. The temps change from day to day. I'll see 60*f in the morning and up too 90-100*f in the afternoon.

The problem Im facing now is when the fan kicks on its blowing all the hot air right into my intake tube. So when the fan kicks on in traffic Im sucking up nothing but hot air off the radiator. :/

Same turbo set up here except I have a big Koyo rad. But I don't have water temp gauge yet, just using OEM dash right now to monitor temp. A/C and cooling duty with one SPAL fun and it's been working great.

The fan shield should be coming up soon, Thomas. I think you can make something up from your body shop while waiting for the fix. I sure would want one too.

If you have a laptop plug your usb in and you can check your temps using aem pro or aem tuner

I removed my AC and the fan.. no heat issues with S/C.. with a turbo kit it would be beneficial to keep both fans & wire them together

True but I doubt you're needing much hp at 0mph right?

It doesn't help cooling but it's probably not a big issue honestly, soon as you are doing 5mph that situation is gone. Mine has a similiar situation.

HOWEVER, likely your tune will start backing things off if it sees over 150 degrees at intake or more, mine does so pretty aggressively by pulling timing, something I asked for when we tuned yesterday. Even then, that situation is gone at 5mph according to my log time and matters little unless you're drag racing.

Well at this time I'm having a idle issue. My vacuum hits 14-16 when car is Hot and soak fan kicks on. Unless it's the idle control valve

Not a good idea.... Both fans come on when car reaches about 190 degrees.....not just with the ac on
