I'm looking to possibly convert my returnless fuel system to a return style. I haven't stared at my fuel rail recently, but I'm thinking it's as simple as drilling a hole to the stock rail and welding a bung to route to an external FPR. Am I missing something?

Yep, that's all we've done, although it's rather difficult to see on this photo, there's a fitting in the end and a pipe goes around to the other rail (the pipe is loose so look a bit further up)

 

Is a resistor box needeed on ap2 v2 with an 1000cc injector? My fuel system is stock with Aero 340 fuel pump. the car is going to be supercharged with SOS 1200 with 3.8 pulley? What size injector is needed or not needed for a resistor box? im new to this resistor box and injector.

 

Is the rail AL or steel?

honda85 - no resistor box needed say for ID1000 injectors

 

It's steel, there's a zinc coating on it though you'll need to sort out before welding/brazing.
