Default AEM EMS 1052 or 1052U

Should I bother with the UEGO controller?

Vortech stock boost on an AP2, once I go EMS I'm thinking the test pipe will be on order as well as possibly some injectors, though not sure yet.

Any recommendations?

It depends on your tuner and your future goals. Personally I think that if you have no clue what it's showing you, then there's really no point in having one. It's really more for your tuner and also for you to have another instrument to monitor your engine.

Is the UEGO controller the easy way to get AFR?

As a matter of fact that's all it does

I have a the 1052U with the built-in uego and I personally wouldn't go back to the 1052 just because of how simple installation was and I didn't want to have a seperate gauge for wideband.

You can also get these two and you get both a gauge and wideband and it's cheaper:

I've got it all in stock.
