Default aem ems s2k basemap

So I bought a used aem 1052 ems first gen. I searched the forums and everyone says you can just reset to base map but under honda/acura maps in my ems there is nothing. Does anyone know where I can download the map? Or could someone send it to me please. Thanks.

I have AEM-EMS 1052, my friend borrowed it and tested to his buddy's HOnda s2000. He borrowed to find out if it's really plug and play. It works and also was able to harness 16 more horsepower in the dynopak.

His friends S2000 is aspirated. He gave the AEM ECU back. I will find out how to download the map & the configuration. I will give it to you if I can. I am not using the AEM right now.

I spoke to my friend who used the AEM-ECU. He said,
He has a copy of the configuration in his Dynapak dyno laptop.

He dynoed the stock Honda ECU, then he put the AEM and configured it.
He picked up 16hp more from the base ecu map.

He will email it to me as soon as he has time. So, stand by. I will keep bugging him.

guys. install the aempro software from scratch. the base maps are there. your not looking in the right place if you cant find it.

on my computer

C:\Program Files\AEM\AEMPro\Startup Calibrations\Honda-Acura

LOOK FOR FOLDER STARTUP CALIBRATIONS in aempro folder.

you must tweak it to get it to run well for your s2k though. it is an ap1 base map, and its base base base. it will start the car and idle, you tune from there.

To be honest and don't get upset but u prolly shouldn't be touching any of this. Remember u make a mistake and a motor goes bad.

The files are labeled by which aem ems ecu they work on. S2k uses 1012 and 1052. U pick the one that matches ur aem ecu. Again u should prolly find a pro to do this stiff for u or read the Aem manual first then follow it's step by step startup procedure.

It's labeled under the Honda section as 1052.1.19v or something. Like others have said you shouldn't be running this map unless you really know what your doing. If you plan on getting your car tuned by a good tuner, you can call and they will usually send you a base map you can drive to their shop with.
