1st is fix your ground voltage. It may be intervened with other devices.
2nd, if you are using AEM EMS, it may work to use Modifry ECT.

Good Luck !!!

Unless you have an ECT your temp gauge shouldn't work at all with the AEM EMS.

I have heard thought that some tuners set the temp gauge to full at a certain temp. Sounds like what you are experiencing.

Yeah, my temp gauge goes full hot within a minute or two of starting it up, never seen it go back down though without shutting off the engine. Modifry ECT definitely seems the way to go, I need to do it myself at some point.

I had this issue and it caused my car to go into limp mode. My tuner stripped my car down and it turned out to be a bad ground.

Off topic but to the OP. How much psi are you boosting to acheive your numbers and what's your setup if you don't mind me asking?

pretty sure when you put in the aem ems, the temp guage becomes just a warning light. basically you see one bar until its at a certain temp then it goes full on. mine sits at one bar, and i use the serial gauge to see what temp is. i bought the modifry fix just havent installed yet.

if your getting full temp light, either bad ground or the car really is overheating. have you checked the temp through aem software when temp gauge on dash is full lit?

I know it may sound easy to say.... it is bad ground wiring.
However, which ground wire is bad?

I had tried 3 different ECT and pull wiring etc. At the end, my temp gauge on the cluster is still not moving at all.

So, if you tried it and it does not work..., just be ready to be disappointed

I am not trying to disappoint you. However, it is what I am experiencing...
