AEM EMS timing sync
Hmmm.....Interesting to know. On the dyno, I always used the #1 coil wire at the coil but always had problems with keeping a reading. I think when I put it back on the dyno next, I'll use that loop you mentioned to see if the reading holds better there. I had no idea it was even there.
On the timing sync, mine was setup back in 06 when I went with the 3mm HG and the timing was also checked with a light at the same time things were setup on the AEM. Since I have pulled the head for build and reinstalled it again with the 3mm HG, do I need to check the sync again on the AEM and with a light or should it still be fine from when it was done last time, back in 06? Im not even sure I know how to check the sync on the AEM but my tuner may know if it needs checked.
