After thinking about different options, I think I am going to stick with my Vortech Supercharger. I want to upgrade some things without spending tons of money, so the AEM EMS came into mind. If I added it, what kind of increases will I see providing that I get a good tune? Also, what is the largest pulley/psi I could run without getting any internal work done?

You can expect @ 20-30 whp gain with a good tune and larger injectors.

Some guys are claiming to be able to run 15+ psi on a stock block. That may be with or w/out the Inline Pro headgasket (not sure).
