AEM Fine Tuning Help needed.

I don't know if many of you know my situation, this is the main cause to search help here.
I have no tuner in my country even in the neighbor countries for help so everything I learn is from books or from this forum....
Maybe many don't know but my car Runs at 14-15psi at stock CR comptech SC.
I have the AEM 1012 on the car and the rest is on the Sig,
So to get to the point.
I have 3 main Issues I cant deal with.
-When the car Gets hot(stop and go traffic) it cranks Like the Battery is low and this happened because when she is hot sometimes when I try to move from standstill on a stop light she dies and than I cant start her.(she sometime starts on few IGN,on-off with with Key and waiting 30-40 seconds with the IGN off and than trying, but this is really embarrassing when the light goes green and your car dies and wont start, and maybe you have to go out and push it aside)
I determined this to be low voltage when cranking, the car cranks Like a BAD battery but that's not the case(i have an Oversized RED TOP) and the cranking voltage drops to 9-10V and the Stat S'ync is not showing On and she cant start. Not to bother you more I have talked to AEM and they asked me to open the EMS and check for Resistance between 2 points and I will do that soon,
- I cant get the Car to Not DIE when I turn on the AC...The AC works when the car idles, but when I punch the GAS in neutral or if I push the Clutch the RPM fall and they go to 0 and she wont stop to idle when the AC is on...if you start the AC at idle its ok but once you push the GAS the car dies every time,,
I tried to change the % of fuel when the AC is on on AC options list and the delay time on the AC clutch but wont help.
- The other Annoying thing is that the car gets lean when the Gas is punched Suddenly off idle(when you Blip the Throttle). I Compared few different maps that I have from different people on the dTPS accel and dLoad accel tables but they are all the same as mine and I tried playing with the setting but no luck. The first blip of sudden throttle the car gets lean and struggles and if you blip the throttle few times in a row you notice she struggles.
So in the end, thanks for Reading and I hope somebody can give me some useful Input on what to try or I can send them my map and see maybe what's wrong with it or the setting on this matter.

Mase also helped me tune my car , but seems mase is too busy latley and doesnt reply to my mails.
but in any case he knows his stuff.
By the way how do you like the Tech2 Front mount?where did you get it i am planning on upgrading the stock unit...
how do you live with the 4.57 gear on this power?
