Anyone know of any sources I can tap into in the main fusebox that are switched on with ignition? I don't want to have to install another cheesy relay for this...

I honestly havent even gone out to probe around with my test light. Is it that simple? The IG fuse only has power on ignition? If so this is cake!!!

Yeah, just stuff the end of the wire in there and call it good Or you could not use my ghetto method, but yes it just that simple.

I wish it was that simple. Just checked with a test light. Both ignition and battery fuses are live with the battery connected ignition off. Back to the drawing board!

It is that simple. Just use either the ign switch spare at the fuse panel under your dash, or if its already used, find another fuse accessory you can share the lead with that turns on with the ign, like the Heater for example. You have several options, just do a little trial and error with he right fuse. I literally just pull the fuse out and jam a wire in there so its making good contact and put the fuse back in, it holds it in nice and tight. A bit ghetto yes, but works just as well and stupid easy.

Yeah I won't be going the ghetto route lol. I'll probably just run a relay to it with the trigger wire going off the 12v accessory port in the underdash fuse panel. I don't want the pump to start melting wires and overloading the factory wiring. It has a pretty decent size gauge coming off of it...

It started when I boosted my car and still hasn't finished. I feel like Alice in Wonderland
