Man I had Greddy Emanage, AEM EMS and now Hondata K-Pro. Lets just say I wish I never wasted my time with the other two forms of engine management. The tunability and the ease of setting up an excellent daily driver car is very easy with Hondata. The program is easy to use and it works amazing with the car and all the gauges work and I can now pass emissions! Don't get me wrong AEM EMS with the right tuner, RIGHT AMOUNT OF TIME TO TUNE is just as good. Greddy Emanage well I think we all know about that crap!

I will be upgrading to Kpro soon, but I did want to state that although Kpro does support widebands, it does not utilize this for the S2000. It uses the stock narrowband sensor and therefore requires a third party wideband into the ELD input to have wideband funtionality.
For the MY00-05 S2000 that is correct.

For the 1000 dollars saved by going with EMS, I'd make my same choice over and over again.

The following items must be replaced before the S2000 K-Pro can be used. These parts are not supplied by Hondata and should be purchased from a Honda dealer.

*

Crank sensor 37500-PZX-003
*

Crank wheel 13622-PCX-013
*

TDC sensor 37510-PZX-003
*

TDC wheel 14112-PCX-003
*

Valve cover 12310-PCX-020
*

Drain plug washer (for PCV valve) 94109-14000
*

PCV valve 17130-PCX-003
*

IAT sensor 37880-P05-A00 (not required, but stock IAT will read about 30 degrees hotter)

The approximate cost of these parts is $300-375.

that's expensive.

only if AEM EMS could have a OBDII port...
Can anyone confirm this??

I had kpro for my 02 civic si and I basically just sent them three parts...
1.ecu
2. immobilizer
3. key

That was it...It was such a smooth process...no wiring splicing like emange and shit...Hondata is awesome for K-series engines, but it's not as simple to setup for F-series????

This is directly from Hondata themselves....you require these parts in order to run the K-Pro for the S2000.
