AEM Wideband 02 and gauge
Just curious if anyone is using the AEM wideband 02 and gauge (UEGO) and how you like it? I just ordered one for $369 for my turbo setup and will be going with the AEM EMS here soon. Using the E-manage right now. Should this gauge and and 02 read out be good enough for tuning purposes and will it plug into the EMS (so it can read it) when I eventually go with the EMS? Anyones help is greatly appreciated.
it's only good after you calibrate it against a dyno wideband
and it will save you money after you enable closeloop tuning for cruise/highway driving.
use it before calibration at your own risk as you will never be sure if it's accurate

Yes it works with the EMS. You remove the stock O2 sensor and then tap the 0-5V output of the UEGO into the EMS's Primary O2 pin (C16 from memory). You then need to set up the EMS to know it has an AEM UEGO attached and calibrate it.
