Same as what's in your cooling system.

Yeah. Although, if you want to use "wet water" as some have done, this will also work if you don't need the protection against freezing. These people also use wet water in the engine coolant, so like I said, whatever you're running in the engine, you can do the same in the aftercooler system.

More bad advice, far too much of this lately!

You only stated half of what Comptech recomends. You completely left out the part about a 50/50 mix of water and coolant to be used in climates where freezing temps are reached.

You can't speak for the rest of the world on this forum. Neither can Comptech and by the correction given, they don't.
I don't believe water wetter is really necessary. The coolant in the aftercooler system doesn't get that hot, unlike the engine coolant. Water wetter won't reduce the temp of the aftercooler significant enough to warrant messing with it. I only suggested that you "could" use it if you wanted to and happened to have it around from using it in the engine coolant.

ok in my opinion water wetter is a better choise because its not going to leave the amount of residue behind that regular coolant will.

Not saying it wont work but in most cases the coolant could end up cloging quicker over time from residue build ups but that is just my opinion.
