I'm looking at having a stock'ish comptech SC setup, running testpipe, snaypse, oem exhaust, vafc2 +5psi and a 'tracysports' header.

Are aftermarket headers really worth it as opposed to the stock header on an SC setup?

Anyone got any figures(dyno) or experience with my header or other aftermarket headers?

Same for dual exhausts as well.

I don't think just replacing the OEM header and leaving the Exhaust stock will do much, I could be wrong though. Honda did one hell of a job Researching and developing the OEM parts, such as the exhaust and header.

 

I gained 12whp with my FIRST 4-1 header on a vortech setup.

What pulley were you running? Stock exhaust besides header?

 

Comptech made a 4 to 1 header for this purpose. You can find them used for pretty cheap on this site.

 

what are the gains with the comptech header?
