Yes, why did you remove a fuse? I removed my entire air pump system and all lines and did not have to remove any fuse.

Fuse is pictures below:

Video one is with everything removed other that the current sensor (removed: air valve with blanking plate in situ, solenoid, hoses, copper pipe, vac lines, vac tank, check valve & vac solenoid valve)

Video two just has the air pump & current sensor.

My ECU is definitely sensing the pump in the system. The current sensors coming out at weekend so we will see if that makes a difference.

When reading the manual 11-158 onward it says the EMS is looking for 0.5v.

Just strange that only I am having this issue. Think I may I have a short somewhere!

That fuse and the relay in the background are related to your aftercooler water pump, yeah?

I'd pull the fuses if the harness/connectors are being left behind. Don't want to create shorts or anything like that.

The relay is, as per Comptech instructions.

The 7.5amp fuse is OEM and is inline with the solenoid for the air pump

That fuels don't not look oem. I pulled off my air pump assembly because I run an aem v2 and I don't remember taking out any fuses.

Same here . Don't start messing with pulling fueses and shit like that. Completely unnecessary. Put the fuse/electrical components back in and I would be willing to bet you wont have any issues.

It's an OEM fuse, must be a UK/Euro thing.

It fits in the little bracket next to the solenoid.

You can see it more clearly here. I bent it slightly to avoid the aftercooler pipes.

I'm working on the car this weekend so I'll take some more photos when I've stripped all the wiring.

So it turns out the UK cars are different to the USDM.

I have found this thread which shows why. I removed my arch liner this even evening and I can confirm UK cars do not have the current sensor shown in the drawings above.

I now want to disable A31 out of the start sequence on AEM tuner....
