Default Am I the only one seeing 215F coolant?

Guys I hope someone can finally help me out on this, it's my 3rd try.
When it's around or above 35c/95F outside and I cruise at 150-155kmh/93-96mph in 6th gear, LOW load, NO boost my car is reaching 215F coolant. The sensor is located in the thick radiator hose on the top.
It has to be steady cruising for a few minutes to reach this temps, if I cruise 20-30kmh slower, everything is ok (180-195F). There is no boost while cruising do the turbo should not be the bad guy here.

Tabata 3 core radiator
new Spoon thermostat
new Mugen fan switch
new coolant

Please do not recomend me a beter fan, we talk about highway speeds here.
Once the driving conditions vary (fast slow fast slow) everything is ok.A/Fs are between 14.2-14.5 when this happens.

Any idea what might be wrong? My car has below 15k miles on the clock

My VTEC dip starts at 5500rpm and thats the point where the car needs to beduring low load no boost cruising to overheat. Might there be a connection? If it's below 5000rpm, everything is more than ok.

Since I can't go to Honda and ask them,PLEASE help.

Well, since you have gears and and you you said you never touched your base EMS map, it might be your timing.
No expert, but this could be the cause???

Try using the ems' reading from the stock coolant temp sensor(if you did the table recalibration). I'll post the link to the table when I get home if you're interested.

I think you just might be over working the cooling system. You have an intercooler blocking the radiator and you're "crusing" at about 5000+ rpm. That's a lot of heat.

That and I do think you need to have someone tune the maps that I sent you; they are BASE MAPS, which means, you will have to tweak them for the best performance, to your needs. I know you did slight AFR tuning, but I dont think you touched the timing, which fully explains your "pre-VTEC dip"(and most of the other's that experience it.)

The car that the maps were made runs in anywhere from -10

I've seen 110C in summer during city driving.

However with highway driving the temperature stays around 85C.
I've hitted the hill a few times in the past few months but the air temperature was not das high as your, was probably only around 20-26-25C. Most of this is flat out driving in 1st and 2nd gear. The temperature was around 85-90C. My temperature probe is located on the right side of the block, near cylinder 1 and 2 sleeve

I am planing to retune since they located the new dyno outside the garage. The last tune was performed at 46C, thats 114F!!!
I think it must be the timing, because driving the living shit ouf of her in 86F temperatures does not cause any issues.

Cody the timing was not touched at all, you are right. The tuner does not know how far he can go. The pre VTEC dip should be solved by droping the VTEC to 5000rpm and retuning that area.

It's just strange to me that she can take abuse, but 5500rpm at 96mph makes her "hot"....

Thanks for all the input guys!
