anodizing question?......

I sprayed mine too and there really isn't much of a difference as long as you don't spray too many layers on it.

if you get it anodized, get it hard anodized. otherwise the finish will not last at all with stone chips etc. hard anodizing it will provide a much more durable finish.

you shouldn't have to go to fr to get it done (they probably sub it out anyway). anywhere that does anodizing will be able to do it. just look in the yellow pages. i have a place just up the road from me that does anodizing for a reasonable price. there is no reason there shouldn't be a place near you.

That is much easier said than done.

An intercooler has a HUGE amount of surface area and it takes a very large power supply to build the anodizing.

Full Race was the only place I found that would do the anodizing properly.

Any decent anodizing shop can do it. Anodizing is a very simple process really, its just a matter of having a large enough tank to do the work.

nvm thanks any ways. =) i found a shop in kent wa that will do it for 130 soft and 240hard anodized. i might as well throw in a batch on nuts n bolts. i think ima go with anodized purple along with all little nuts n bolts

unless you have aluminum nuts and bolts that's not gonna work so well...
