yeah i hadnt seen any other 2.2L dynos but even so 170 ftlbs at 4000 rpm seems like a lot even for a 2.2L and this type of sc. impressive!

Is the 4.5" pulley the one that comes with the kit for the 04's?

If not how many psi are you running?

Yes the O4 kit comes with the 4.5" pulley because of the lower rpm engine. This makes 8 lbs and I am not sure about installing the 10 lb pulley I have, just give me a couple of months .

I need to make a run up to your area so we can drive together. Thanks again for your idea on the oil feed. I am thinking of posting those picture along with a couple of other small modifications to the installation just in case someone might find it of value.

 

I too have an 04 and would be very much interested in an review, before and after SC.

Are the mods listed above necessary to get that number for an MY04 with 04 Vortech SC. If not, what would be the expected number with bone stock My04 with just Vortech SC.

I live in OC, Santa Ana to be exact. I do have a friend in Long Beach, so if there's ever a meet or if you by any chance cruise down OC ( garden grove, westminster, fountain valley.... area) I would definitely inerested in a test drive. or if you just want to run against an stock 04, I'm game.
