Default anti lag and 2 step 10k redline

I know you need ti springs and retainers to run a higher redline reliably but what kind of wear does anti lag have on the valve train? What else is needed to support this. My plan is to use this everytime I launch the car at the track. Has anyone come up with something to mitigate the issues of anti lag being "bad" for the head? I plan to take it up to 9-10k with my built 2.2 short block.

Ti springs / retainers should be able to handle 2step...stock and your playing with fire

What can of damage does a 2 step do to a stock head? I hear people post all the time about how its bad, but I never see anyone post a failure because of it

A few people have dropped valves using 2step...it's very hard on the springs. I mean, it's not like your going around 2steping every second but don't think that it isn't hard on the head

I believe it wears on the guides and heats the valves to a point that they warp some and over time, the valves could break and drop.

I thought it was more of a heat issues for the exhaust valves(material) than it is for the springs. Get inconel valves.
