Anybody play with the anti-stall feature in the e-manage that can shed some light on how to set parameters?

The anti-stall you're talking about sounds like the Dec Air feature on the SAFC. If it is, you'll only need that if you're running a MAS/MAF and venting your BOV. It's purpose is to fight the extra rich condition caused by venting 'pre metered' air to the atmosphere which sometimes causes stalls.

Kay's is probably thinking of anti-lag like the WRC cars and not the anti-stall that you're talking about.
