any added hp/tq with the CTSC AC?

any added hp/tq with the CTSC AC?
im currently running the CTSC w/o the AC..just had a question, does the aftercooler actually add hp (ive heard it gains 15-20hp) or does it just keep the power from dropping when the pipe gets hot? ...
