Default AP1 or AP2 for turbo?

Which motor is better when to be turbocharged? I have both the AP1 & Ap2 motor. Ap2 is in the car AP1 has a spun baring so I need to rebuild, was thinking of rebuilding for turbo. Which is better? Might have been asked a million times. Right now my setup is N/A with AP2 motor AP1 ECU & Flywheel. Thinking about using both AP2 & AP1 cams too but if Turbo doesn't require it then I'm not going to. Thats on reason also why I am asking. Thanks in advance.

just a hypothetical....If I had a SC and a turbo sitting in the garage with an AP1 & AP2, I'd put the SC on the 1 and the turbo on the 2.
