Default ap2 boost on 4" pulley

I hunted around but found nothing definitive. Approx. how much boost would I produce on a Vortech supercharger on an ap2 with a 4" pulley? I seems that on the ap1's they make about 12 psi, how about on the lower redline ap2?

My second question is will the stock s2k fuel pressure regulator work as a rising rate fpr? I saw on a few threads it's not necessary to replace the stock fpr when going FI, so I am a bit confused.

Mahalo for your help!

I think I found the answer to my second question. It appears it is not a rising rate FPR.

That is correct. Do you plan to use an engine management? For example the reason I kept the stock FPR on my setup is, it

4" pulley is going to yield around 10-11 psi.

I have the same set-up and I'm at 11 psi with the Stock FPR (w/ AEM-EMS).

I was thinking along the lines of a 1:1 rising rate, it will be used with EMS. Are you guys running on the stock map sensor, or a aftermarket one? Also, at this boost level will the stock head gasket be safe, or would it be in my best intrest to get a thicker one? Sorry for so many questions, I have a very small time frame to get this gone (a good tuner is gong to be in town) and want to do it right the first time.

Mahalo!

You're fine with the Stock HG and the Map Sensor. Just know that you're pushing the limits of the Stock Map Sensor. I'm currently using this setup without any problems.
Good Luck
