Hello guy's. I have a couple of questions that I cannot seem to find the answer's for in the search. I am ready for more power out of myo6 and am leaning towards supercharging. I narrowed it down to vortec or kw, but with all the pulley failures and the lack of future upgrades I think I want the vortec. I am planning on a v3 tuner kit and hondata kpro for engine management. My questions concern the returnless fuel system and aftercooling. On my brothers 03 cobra the air to water intercooler became heat soaked very quickly and seemed to hurt the power epecially on hot days. Would an air to air intercooler work better. I was thinking of the ultimate racing cooler. Also, can 400 hp be achieved on the stock fuel pump with large injectors. I was thinking of 750 or 1000 injectors.Which do you think would perform better. I really do not want an aftermarket pump as I have heard and read on these forums that they are somewhat noisy and not as reliable as the stock pump. Am I trying to push the horsepower invelope to far with this setup or with proper tuning do you guys think this will work. Also I plan on running the stock headgasket as it seems that many of the turbo guy's seem to be makeing much more power than i'm after with stock compression. One more thing. I am located in sc and am searching for a good tuner. I was told that balance porformance in ga was extremely good with honda tuning. Has anyone used or even heard of them before? If not, any recommendations for a good tuner in my area.

 

i am working on a v3 tuner kit with k-pro right now, i am getting a 12psi tune, should be done sometime next week...
i am running 1000cc injectors and a walbro fuel pump, my tuner reccomand me those..

and yes it's will be good for 400whps.. the stock reflash kit can produce 340whps and that is at 8psi , so yes another 6psi will give u another 50 whps..
