Anyone using the aem serial data stream gauge?

Feedback? I would much prefer to have one single gauge in my car than gauges all over the place.
Thanks.

I'm about to.
The downside as I see it is not being about to have it plugged in at the same time as a laptop. So it is pretty useless for tuning.

Damn, that's good to know. And it contradicts what was said in here only last week. I hope you are right.
I've got 2 in a pillar pod, I like 'em.
And yes, you can have either the guages or a laptop plugged into the EMS but not both at the same time. Depending on where you put them it's a good idea to configure them before putting them in, you have to use a 'hot' cable (12v) to access the guages and if they're already mounted it's a pain. Fortunately w/2 quages you get 2 cables, I mounted them before setting them up so I hooked up 12v and gnd to the spare cable. It worked fine but having all those connectors and excess wiring under the pod was a pain, I had to trim a bunch out of the back of the OEM pillar to fit everything. I also thought I would be able to configure them serially (both still attatched to the cables) but the software only allows you to do 1 guage at time, which was even more of a pain 'cause I had to unhook the top guage from the bottom one while in the pillar.
