Glad you had fun, again wish I was there to cheer you on and give some pointers. Hopefully now you understand the importance of drag radials/slicks if you want to run some serious times. Looking forward to seeing you improve your times in the future.

Man I am not sure that I'd be too happy running those times with all the money spent thus far. I remember spending a fair amount on my S2000 only to run marginal times. To me, it takes too much money to try and make the S competitive in the 1320. This is one of the reasons I parted with it and moved onto something else.

wheel hop is horrid. I feel your concern of easing off of it. I only wheel hopped once in my old s and it was enough for me not to do it again.

I've been around the block a few times. Know the S pretty well and those who have been in the game for a while. Heck I pioneered a few things for the MY06+..
There's no hate here. Ive been where most of you are and moved on. I am not about to make this an S vs xxx competition. Just sad to see money continuously being wasted that's all.

Not hating. His S is certainly nice. Get off your fanboi bandwagon and read for once. I've had an S2000. Spent an enormous amount of money on it. Bottom line is if you want it to go fast in the 1320 it is a bottomless pit. The ROI will never be there.

agreed! I am one of the worst offenders of all! Wasted over $50k on mods to an '04 Civic and another $50k on an '06 S2000. I've spent over $25k on my Evo and thankfully it hasn't been so bad. At the end of the day--to each is own. I am simply saying I've been where some of you are now, experienced the same feelings and it is pretty frustrating.
