I hope you get your issues sorted out so you can achieve more competitive times. Best of luck to you!

I was actually pretty excited, I still am. I dont care too terribly much about the ET, I understand the limitations of the drivetrain, but honestly 127 mph is pretty fast, the car moves once it gets off the line, so on the highway, its pretty much untouchable 99% of the time. 130 mph traps can easily be achieved with my Q16 tune. Either way, its about what I expected, and I was proud to drive it home . I would much rather have a car that traps 127, and me run the 12.4, then me rum an 11.5 with a car that traps 115

127 is moving for sure! No doubt you have a freeway monster! I have yet to run the 1/4 in my Evo. Few years I ran 1/8 mile events in a crappy stadium parking lot. I was making around 350awhp at the time and ran a best of 7.877 @ 90 with a horrible 1.824 60'. I am making 450 awhp/445 ft lbs now so high 10s should be doable.

I am sure your times will improve as you get more seat time.

Yea, I was jealous of the Vette guys, must be nice to beat the shit out of the car and not worry about breaking diffs ya know. It was nice when it hooked in third, if only it could do that in 1st and 2nd and not break anything, lol. I am going to upgrade the axles and diff this winter. I know the tranny will be next but I think 12lbs in 2nd should last me a few more track days.........I hope

And I understand completely, but you can make that argument about continuously wasting money on anything
agreed! I am one of the worst offenders of all! Wasted over $50k on mods to an '04 Civic and another $50k on an '06 S2000. I've spent over $25k on my Evo and thankfully it hasn't been so bad. At the end of the day--to each is own. I am simply saying I've been where some of you are now, experienced the same feelings and it is pretty frustrating.
No one cares.

I felt the same way when I spent 1.9 million on my Bugatti Veyron.
