Well that's good news. All the shipping companies are so far behind in deliveries thanks to the holidays that drivers aren't even waiting for people to come to the door. I stood and watched our UPS guy fill out one of those "We tried to deliver" forms as he was walking to my neighbors door, slapped it on her door, and immediately walked back to his truck. I asked him if I could sign for it and he said sure, so I took the package over to her and she said she was just sitting on her couch... the guy never even rang her doorbell or knocked. WTF?

Our USPS guy is notorious for not getting out of his car... if the package is too big to fit in your mailbox he just plops it on the ground and drives off, lol. But UPS is usually better than that. It was some driver I've never seen before that day.

FedEx has my package and it is supposed to be delivered to my office, which has someone at the front desk at all times. I actually saw a fedex truck twice yesterday in the parking lot. The ball is in your court FedEx

So the clutch has been delivered. The flywheel was dropped off today to be resurfaced and the car was dropped off at the shop for paint (I was hit in a parking lot, rear bumper has some webbing in the paint and some scratches). This weekend the clutch will be going in the car!

Ahhhhh exciting to have some progress. Good luck man. Get the car up as high as you can... a trans jack is useful but the trans won't come out from under the car while on the jack (if you've got the car on jack stands). And be careful with the top starter bolt that you don't break the knock sensor!!!

try not to even touch the stupid knock sensor. silly expensive and easy to mess up! you don't HAVE to have the car up high for the tranny, but it helps. last time I wasn't able to get it up very high and was still able to yank it out.
