So again, you can get the same exact radiator with a badge for $100 more, or get one without. I personally like my Full Blown stamp on mine so I got that one. Urination contest over.
Being an engineer, I like facts. Show me detailed pictures, measurements, fin density, a basic weld quality analysis, weight comparison, and then we're talking.

I'll maybe buy that the Mishimoto and Full Blown are similar, but not the Koyo.

And I kid you not, I was in France and a French friend of mine asked me if everyone in Texas wears a cowboy hat and boots (after she found out I went to the U. of Texas). And she was definitely not joking.

well as i am a certified welder i will be having a close look at the welds and with aluminum if its a porous weld ie to much heat or a cold weld it will only last a few heat cycles and crack or leak through a porosity i would say there all better than a plastic radiator

I can show you my setup, its a Koyo with FAL slimline dual 12'' puller fans, its an amazing combo! If you decide to go that route PM be bcause I have hook ups to get both of those items dirt cheap and the scalpers will cry to the mods and they always delete my posts in reguards.

How much cooler does an upgraded radiator on a sc car with front mount heat exchanger cause it to run?

You don't want a car to run cooler. You want it to be able to maintain operating temperature under harsher conditions.
