i think im gonna buy the DEI kit and maybe some extra wrap for the downpipe
i guess my next cooling mod would be a hood

Not only did my T1 blanket keep down on under hood heat which lowered my ects it made my iats drop by nearly 5 degrees because of the reduction in radiant heat to my charge piping, intercooler, and turbos intake... Everything that comes out of T1 is the best product you can get. Their turbo blankets fit perfect and are top quality in durability.

so ATP are only custom made? they don't have a universal blanket or wrap?

They would rather you send your manifold in for exact fitment but they do have certain turbo covers like the gt35r gt30 5857 they have done for other customers you can ask for. They have full race manifold covers and fuse box covers from "Sareks" build.
