Default Best way to get an extra 150whp...

Will a CT S/C give me 350whp by itself? If not, what else do I need?

Boost is the only way. A sc with engine management and injectors etc or a full kit that comes with a tube and fuel upgraded will give that to you.

I have a Comptech N1000 supercharger. 3.2" pulley, RC750cc injectors, AEM EMS V1, Walbro 255 fuel pump rewired, AEM FPR, ACT pressure plate with Mugen clutch disc. After cooler with front mount spearco heat exchanger.

I made 355whp. 201wtq

If you aren't sold on the Comptech, I have a Vortech, id1000's, aem ems, walbo 255, comptech header, with a front mount intercooler making 396 at the wheels. Just went from a hks exhaust to a Asura as well and hoping for around ~410 at the wheels.

I have just what you are looking for.

Supercharger is the easiest, most reliable way.

On top of the kit you will need engine management and a fuel system (EMS, injectors and fuel pump).
Depending on the condition of your clutch, you may need to upgrade it as well.

Best way meaning.....? Your question is way to vague for anyone to give you a real answer. No one can determine what you mean by "best."

Cost efficient = Nitrous, by far.
