Default Bleeding air from aftercooler

Gents,

I have an issue with my aftercooler setup. I have a comptech AC, Bosch cobra pump, and frozen boost hx. I had everything working properly and could see water flowing into the AC. I changed out the water and replaced it with fresh stuff and now the system is full but seems to have an air lock somewhere as I see no movement in the AC when the pump is running. Any one have a tip for bleeding the air out of the system without removing the bumper etc.

Thanks

pop the cap off, keep running it, you'll see bubbles pop up and fluid level drop. Keep adding fluid. Thats how I thought that was always done.
