Default Blowing black smoke

2000 Ap1
Car has been down due to what we though was bad valves thought motor locked up, upon inspection everything checked out.
Using Aem series 2 with Greedy turbo kit.
Car would not start with out accelerator pressed and then misfired and blew a ton of black smoke.
I placed the factory ecu and injectors in and it starts but seems unstable, I removed the intake tube so not to induce boost. Is there anything in this greedy kit that would cause this such as larger fuel pump , different pressure sensor and secondary air control solenoid?
Thanks

Hmm, I had never considered using diesel fuel for a tune before

But seriously OP, good luck finding the source of your problem. Definitely sounds tune related if it starts with the other ECU. I'd recommend loading a basemap on yourself.
