now I have to worry about upping the boost which will creat too much torque down low which will destroy my bottom end , there is just no winning haha
You dont have to worry about that as our bottom ends are pretty stout!

Call ATP turbo and get the flange off the turbo and one of their oval to 3" pipes to go with it and then have a new downpipe made like I am. They also sell a flange with V-band if you want to get all blingy.

2" DP !!!! HAHA thats insane! 2.5" is more reasonable for the 300range and above 400 it should be 3" in general (though smaller can technically be much better in a PERFECT world) thats nuts.

Bottom end stout...... well, its all realitive. I mean starting with <160ft/lbs and then moving that to 220ft/lbs is a fair ammount to ask, but anything beyond is pushing into "rolling the dice" territory IMO.

VBAND FTW!!! < So much nicer to work on, more then bling it brings function too!!! I'm with TRBOKev on that one!

I wonder how much spiking/creep we would have with 12PSI, I guess the same issues.........?

^ less issues because the turbo will become less and less efficient and you'll be asking for closer to the full amount its able to produce. I would have a better idea if I had driven a Greddy kit equipped S by feeling out how much more the turbo had to give by testing it during driving at different RPM's and Loads.

I think at 12psi the issue would become less and less but...... 12psi on that tiny ass turbo is probably NOT a good idea. Then again meth/water injection would greatly help, still I'd say just do it right and don't use a band-aid fix such as injection methods. This isn't a drag car so why depend on a resource that must be refilled.

Yeah, I have a few cases of Peak Windsheild Washer fluid in my garage so its really not much of a hassle, and the AEM meth kit hooks up to my Ultimate so my tuner can set it up so if the pump fails for any reason it can retard timing/cut fuel/ do whatever it has to do to save the motor, has a nifty little LED by my boost gauge that shows when its spraying, the brighter the Green the more its spraying, pretty cool

^ backup systems FTW! Sounds nice.

HOWEVER.... being that you already are hitting monster TQ numbers I suggest you limit boost per rpm and avoid 8 psi hitting before 5.5k etc and open up to 10-12 psi after 7k

Joey here are the listing for the different washer fluids and their methanol content.

Some contain certain things like antifreeze and SHOULD NOT be used. Check to make sure the one you are using isnt on the bad (**) list as some of the Peak have the bad stuff in them.

I only have a manual Boost controller so I would imagine I am stuck until I get an electronic one,

TRBKOV you have the Berk HFC any creep issues?
Yeah I have the berk and yes I have creep also. I'm also still running the stock base map unfortunately.
If I had meth I would run that puppy up to 14-15 psi on a good tune. I know that Brilliant did it but it didnt gain hime more power so they tuned it down to 12 lbs.

No time right now with the new house renovations for my tune yet.
